Customers and artisans can permanently remove their account and associated private data.
Delete inside FixAm 9ja
For the fastest verified deletion, sign in to your account, open “Privacy and account,” choose “Delete my account,” and follow the confirmation steps.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@fixam9ja.com from the address connected to your account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and state whether it is a customer or artisan account. The privacy team will confirm identity before completing the request.
What is deleted
Your authentication login, private account profile, notification preferences and private uploads are removed. Claimed artisan profiles are paused so they are no longer presented as actively managed.
What may be retained
Records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or an unresolved dispute may be retained for the necessary period. Personal fields are removed or anonymised where they are no longer required. Public reviews may remain attributed to “Deleted customer” to preserve marketplace integrity.
Subscriptions
Cancel any external recurring payment before deletion. Deleting an account does not automatically reverse a completed payment; applicable refund and dispute terms remain in effect.
