3. Artisan policy

Artisans must provide accurate profile details, trade, LGA/Area Council, town or neighbourhood, phone number, experience, work summary, and portfolio media. Artisans should respond to quote leads honestly and should not misrepresent skills, identity, location, availability, or pricing.

4. Verification policy

FixAm 9ja may request NIN, selfie/liveness checks, phone checks, portfolio review, and other trust checks before displaying badges or approving higher visibility. Verification improves trust but does not remove the need for customer judgement.

5. Reviews and ratings policy

Reviews should be written by customers who requested or completed work. FixAm 9ja does not edit honest reviews for image management. Content may be removed if it is fake, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, irrelevant, or exposes private information.
