Customer responsibility

Customers should agree the work scope, timing, materials, price, payment schedule, and safety expectations directly with the artisan before work begins.

High-risk services

Electrical, gas, structural, roofing, automotive, security, water, and other high-risk jobs may require qualified or licensed professionals. Customers should ask for relevant proof of competence before allowing work to begin.

Reports and enforcement

FixAm 9ja may review reports, remove content, restrict accounts, suspend artisans, or refer serious matters to appropriate authorities where necessary.
