ObaX Innovations Limited (RC 9718547) operates FixAm 9ja and controls the personal information used to provide the marketplace.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account details, contact information, approximate service location, quote and application content, reviews, subscription records, device and security logs, uploaded media, and verification results. For identity checks, we minimise NIN storage to consent records, provider references and the last four digits where operationally necessary.

3. Why we use it

We use information to operate accounts, match customers with artisans, process requests, verify marketplace participants, prevent fraud, moderate content, provide support, maintain safety and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing and processors

Information may be processed by carefully selected hosting, authentication, storage, identity-verification, communications, analytics and payment providers. Public artisan profiles and published reviews are visible to marketplace visitors. Private quote, verification and account records are restricted to authorised participants and administrators.

5. Location, camera and notifications

Location is used only when you request nearby results or provide a service location. Camera or gallery access is used only when you choose media to upload. Notifications are controlled through your account preferences and device settings.

6. Retention

Active account information is retained while your account is used. Private verification media should be removed after the verification and dispute window. Account deletion removes your login and private profile data; transaction, safety, fraud, audit or dispute records may be retained where necessary but are anonymised when identity is no longer required.

7. Your choices and rights

You can correct account information, control notifications, request access, object to certain processing, and delete your account. Use the account privacy controls or the account deletion page. Requests may require identity confirmation.

8. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted administration, audit records and database security policies. No system is completely risk-free; report suspected misuse through the Help page.

9. Children

FixAm 9ja is not intended for children under 18 to create artisan or customer marketplace accounts independently.
